Salon Cancellation Policy To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests and respect our stylists’ time, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Standard Services (Haircuts, blowouts, styling, treatments, etc.) A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Extensive Services (Color services, chemical services, color corrections, extensions, perms, and other appointments requiring extended booking times) A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service(s) and may require a deposit to book future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
